Ok ladies, I am going to put my height and weight here, but I certainly dont expect anyone else to unless they want to. Maybe by putting it here for everyone to see will help me. So here goes ............... I am 5'9 and I weigh 196. I want to weigh 145 like I did when I got married, but at this point I would be happy with 160, even 170. The thing that bothers me the most about my figure, is my belly. I have had three c-sections and one other abdominal surgery. I already have a nice little hang there, and I am afraid that if I lose a lot of weight, that hang of skin is just going to get worse.
ANYWHO........................
Lets lose some weight ladies!!!!

OK....here it goes. I am at an all time high on my weight. I weight much more than I did when I was pregnant with Alex. It has been a gradual increase over the past 9 years. The things is, that I know better than to let that happen to me with my BP problems and all. The last time I went to the DR. I was at 190 lbs. That was so hard for me to type!! I don't have any scales at home and I think I had even gained a few pounds more since my appointment. So I will say 193 for my starting point if that is OK with everyone? I am 5'5". So I am very round. I carry my weight all over not really in one place.
Went to the gym 3 times this week and plan on going today. We go out to eat to much around here for one thing. We went out Friday night to one of our fave restaurants. They have the best Reuben sandwich and fries. But, I had a veggie burger with baked Lay's instead. I ate 2 of Calvins fries instead of the whole plate full that I would normally get.
My true success will be if my BP and cholesterol numbers come down. Exercise is the key for me. I use to go to arobics class regularly for many years and those were the years I had the least trouble with my BP.
Thanks for listening.

Thanks Sharona this was a good idea. I am a shrimp and now DR's say I am 4' 9-10 or 11" depends on which Dr you talk to lol. Anyway I feel the same about the "hang" I already have a good bit there my mid section is my weight area. NOW I don't weigh as much as some of you but for my height it is still too much and since I have gained nearly 10 pounds I feel it and think that may have a lot to do with the joint pain I have where left leg joins body.
I want to try to at least lose what I have gained but am worried about having even more "hanging" there which looks worse than just big stomach area. I have been pg 7 times 3 misses with one being twins. So my stomach muscles are practically non-existant.
Good luck everyone

Thanks Tami for checking on it for us. We all know each other so well and are so comfortable with each other that we are our own cheering section. Of course anyone can join us, we aren't excluding anybody - just look and see how many of us are from other states.

If it stays on the GA porch, I will post my bad news! I would be too embarrassed to post my weight to the world. My doctor is really horrified with me because I am diabetic, and can not get motivated to lose weight....which would lower my blood sugar. I don't have a scale to weigh myself (yet!) but if this gets going and stays here on our porch, I will go buy one.
