Lightbulb Couponing

In Springdale, everyone pretty much accepts coupons...but Harp's is the only one that double's them up to .49 . Never is there a triple that I know of. And, Harp's used to be a little lenient on stuff, but now it has to be EXACTLY what the coupon says. I do clip coupons and when I go through them (about once a month), I do save between $25-$35. Any suggestions on how I can save more? And I LOVE free stuff!

Just read in the paper we are getting an Olive Garden in Fayetteville soon! Yeah!

We live right smack in the middle of Springdale. Would love to live out. We have 40 acres up on a mountain in the woods of Madison County, but can't get my husband to move us out there. Too long of a commute to work everday! I'm ready to go! He wants to wait until we retire! I want to raise my kids there! But, I don't want to do like a lot of people from around there have to do and leave my kids to "wing it" all the time while I'm in town working! I want to be there when they get on and off the bus.

Couponing

ROSmith:

Let me know when your Olive Garden opens. I always seem to get $1.00 off coupons for there. We don't have an Olive Garden. Closest one is in Memphis and when I go to Memphis, I eat at other places than Olive Garden!

I get the Memphis paper delivered on Sundays, only, just for the coupons! It's a deal!

When I travel to St. Louis once a month, I pick up their Sunday paper too and save the coupons.

There is a coupon club starting on another posting here if you are interested.

Robin, you are so lucky to even own the land. We want to move to country real bad. Around here most land is tracted up and goes for quiet a bit per acre. And the parcels that are in tracts have alot of restirictions on them. I know the feeling about working when the kids get home. I did it for a long time. When I was a single mom of 2 we lived in the country and alot of times my kids were home till 6 or 7 at night. I hated it. Now I stay home with the kids. Financially it is extremely difficult but my husband and I have decided to make it work one way or the other. Between us we have 4 kids. 3 at home ages 10, 11 and 13. The 18 yr old moved out this summer.

Friday's good for me, Jennifer.

Would you prefer Pizza Inn, Pizza Hut, Mazzio's, one of the Chinese places, or something else?

JustGina:

It's Julie not Jennifer -- I think, anyway! Ha!

Thursday is better for me. I plan to be on the road early on Friday. What about that?

Please e-mail me at jnlowe@arkansas.net so we can exchange phone numbers & specifics.

Chinese sounds good.

Ciao!

Award Showcase
Hellooooo "WooHoo~Arkansans" !

A new friend, (and 'sister'), has informed me of some of you that are interested in coupons. I am 'the one' that Julie told you about. I surfed through your thread and I do have Mrssch/Glenda, on my list for the club. I noticed that rosmith is interested also. I have room for only two more members, and then it will close, with us having a total of 50 members.
My email address is;
carolzap@webtv.net
I informed Julie that I would reserve these 2 openings for two people from this thread. If you are still interested, please email me by thursday to let me know. I can then answer any of your questions. For now, I'd like to make mention that the only cost in this is your postage, nothing else is $$$$.

Thanx for your interest in "Coupon~aholic's" Swap Club.
