Hi,Everyone !
So glad to know that you are here , I had no idea ...I live 35 miles east of Ft.Smith ...a little town called Paris . We have been here for 7 years . Before that we also lived in Springdale - Prairie Grove for 8 years until it did get too big for us & we moved down here .
My favorite things to do are gardening, crafts ,internetin', (I camp on it) LOL.. couponing, & Raising little Min Pin doggies . We live out in the country & love it dearly . Speaking of couponing...if anyone likes to do this ...I have tons to trade or for free . They are starting a coupon site here soon I noticed & I hope to be a part of that . If anyone is interested , feel free to email me at : mrssch@webtv.net its fun & saves me tons of grocery money ...Hope ya don't mind me mentioning that...
Have a wonderful & safe week-end everyone ...and it was nice meeting you...hope to hear from you ...Glenda

Pinkie Winky I'm Still Here!

Whew! Glad you guys are responding. My time on the computer and yours must not have jived in the past 24 hours!

I am soooooo behind on my housework! Been feeling real guilty being with my Dad so much before he passed away recently that I have been spending a lot of time with my daughter. That's a good thing, right?

But, if I don't get this house like I think it should be, the Board of Health will probably be knocking on my door!

Glad some of you are into the couponing thing! I am anxious to get with all of you so we can start really saving some $$$$$ --

We have been looking at houses to buy -- boy is that time-consuming -- and depressing....I only saw two I liked. There's slim pickings in the Armorel School District that suits my tastes anyway.

I got an e-mail from my daughter's teacher from last year -- GOOD NEWS!!!! She's going to be moved up a grade and will be able to teach her this year! Looks like I will be able to substitute teach this year and gather info to homeschool next year -- especially if they don't move teachers around! I don't care for the choices that may be in store for next year. We lucked (or blessed) out this coming year!

Please give me pointers on the homeschooling stuff, though. I really want to keep up with what everyone here is doing regarding that -- my e-mail is jnlowe@arkansas.net.

GLENDA! WELCOME! Now I am not the "newest" kid on the block anymore! Ha!

JustGina -- e-mail me and we can exchange phone numbers for lunch next week. Don't let me eat too much, okay?

ROSMITH -- My 9-year old was in tears all morning related to peer pressure and has really gotten a big hole knocked in her self-esteem! Boy! I don't want those psychologically damaging school moments you were talking about (we all have at least one - I had a few) to grab hold of her. She has too much going for her! Thanks for sharing that with me. It sure lifted my spirits to know you understood.

Donna -- How are things on your end today?

Gotta get back to the housework -- but will check this spot for replies off and on.

Love ya'll!

blushing State-Arkansas

Hi Farmnurse ,
Nice to meet ya too. Hope you are having a great week-end . I see you are a nurse...I use to know of a nurse named Donna that works at St. Edwards...she took care of my 2 girls when they were in a wreck a few years ago .
I worked in Ft. Smith for the last 5 years and drove back and forth...man what a long haul...
Don't do that anymore.I hope you can find a nice place out in the country also...Talk to ya again soon .

Hi jnlowe ,
Nice to meet ya...Yep , nothing like being a Newbie LOL I'll get broke in eventually to the net..Me too on coupons...I saved tons at Kroger the other day...$123.00 grocery bill and it only cost me 50.00 . they had a Triple off & I just bought inserts off eBay & made out like a bandit... Have a nice
week-end & hope to talk to you again soon....Glenda

Glenda,
I did work at St Eds but I worked in surgery and not on the floor. I hope your daughters did well while they were there. The can be a long drive to make everyday.

GLENDA! What are EBay Inserts??

I can't believe you saved that much money with coupons at Kroger! You are my idol!

Fill me in on Ebay inserts. I am not familiar with them. Where do you go to access them, exactly?

Ditto on the storm and weather stuff! At least it cools things off a bit!

Have a great day!

Hey, JustGina!

Are you up yet this morning??

Have not seen an e-mail from you! You must be busy!

This week is filling in quickly already and it is only Monday morning.

Hope to hear from ya!
