| Southwest Chicken And Rice Soup
Heat 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Condensed rice soup as directed on label with 1 soup can water
Stir in 1/4 cup Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
Top each serving with 2 Tbsp. Shredded cheddar cheese.
* I added 1 cup of quick cooking rice because to me it was too runny. I wanted a thicker soup. Quick and easy.
