I gave birth in November of 2001 and I immediately started using a fairly expensive cream called "Stretch Away". I found the ad in the back of American Baby magazine. It helped considerably. I also have acne scars on my face and have had them for several years. My dermatologists informed me that the older the scar (all types of scars) the longer it takes to fade. I have been using Mederma on my acne scars for about two months and they are starting to fade. I guess the most important thing is to be patient. Everyone is different. Hope this helps.
