3-D Cards

Does anyone make 3-d cards??? Basically you take an image and using foam dots/squares you build up certain parts of the image to make it appear 3-d...Here is my first attempt

question:
so you have an image you want to use, but you do not use the dots or whatever for the entire thing?
Just in parts?
Is this correct?

Barb I used a pyramid sheet or 3-d sheet...it has the original image and then each step loses part of the image mine has 4 layers too it....the last layer was just his ball cap, arm that holds the bat and his shorts. I can not post the sheet here because of copyright issues......I will seeif I can find a link to a sheet

That is a neat idea for cards, Debbie. I especially like the bear card.

I have patterns to use for pyramid cards that I printed out but haven't tried them yet. Have patterns for 3-D cards but haven't tried them yet either.
