How many of us have made a resolution to lose weight or to get in to better shape or to do something else each year only to break it within days? Well, you are not alone!
Through my new study, "A Woman of Moderation", I believe that I have come up with a plan to help us become the resolution keepers we want to be and I am thrilled to announce that Moody Broadasting is joining with me to help us make this happen.
For 9 weeks, we will learn to become women of moderation and in doing so, we may just discover a freedom in various areas of our lives that we have never known before! I hope you will join us for what I think will be a terrific time together.

WHEN: WEDNESDAYS (starting January 9th) at NOON (Central Time) WHERE: ON THE RADIO -- Tune in to Midday Connection radio to participate and to find a station in your area carrying the program.
NOTE: If there isn't a station carrying Midday in your part of the world, you may listen via the Internet at Midday Connection. Through this same link all programs are archived, so if you can't tune in on time, you can listen later -- maybe with a small group of friends and then launch a discussion among yourselves and it's a great forum for mutual accountability!
