Make Your Own Shake & Bake!

I AM NATRALLY TIGHT SO HERE IS ONE OF MY BEST FRUGAL TIPS
I MAKE MY OWN "SHAKE N BAKE" I SAVE CRUSTS OF BREAD OR ANY BREAD OR BUNS THAT IS PAST ITS PRIME( DRY THEM IN THE OVEN ON LOW TEMP).ALSO THE CRUMBS IN THE BOTTOM OF CERIAL BOXES, CRACKER BOXES,PRETZEL BAGS, CHIP BAGS ETC. IN A COFFEE CAN. I CRUSH THEM WITH A ROLLING PIN IN A PLASTIC BAG THEN PUT THEM THROUGH THE BLENDER AND ADD THE SPICES I HAVE GROWN AND DRIED. I CAN CHANGE THE SPICE TO SUIT THE MEAT. ie LEMON TYME FOR FISH, MINT FOR LAMB.ETC

Thanks for the tip, MidnightMama! I moved it here so more people interested in frugal recipes could find it

In the future, please remember to turn off your CAPS LOCK key. Using ALL CAPS on the internet is considered "shouting." Thanks

I'm thinking this is like crumbing your meat (breading?)
I usually put the seasoning in my first flour, before egging and crumbing but might try it your way for a change.
