Happy face Peanut Butter Bread

2 teaspoons of butter

2 cups of flour

1/3 cup sugar

2 teaspoons of baking power

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 cup milk

3/4 cup of chunky peanut butter.............................

Prheat oven to 350 and butter loaf pan.

Sift flour, sugar, baking power, and salt together in large bowl.

In small bowl beat the eggs with a electric mixer on low speed, until frothy and stir in the milk.

Stir the milk-egg mixture and peanut butter into the flour mixture with a fork, working them in until well blended.

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, and bake about 50 minutes, or until loaf shrinks fom the sides of the pan.

Remove pan from oven and let pan cool about 10 minutes, then turn out the bread and cool on cake rack......Makes one 9x5 inch loaf

I'm gonna have to try this recipe out as well. My daughter could eat nothing but peanut butter if I let her so I know she will like it. Thanks Happy6 for sharing the recipe.
