Wow!! The year is half over already. Where does the time go!!

Our blue ribbon winner for June 6th is Catlover for her Lemon Poppy Seed Popovers.

Our recipe tester was Bilby.

I made this lasagna recipe, The only thing I did differently is that I added a pound of hot italian ground sausage to it also. It was fantasic!! Definately 5 stars for this recipe!

This is good and it is easy to make. I will be making it again and I think I will use the crockpot as I think that will work. Going to try it!

These came out "awesome" Catlover!!I didnt change a thing. I made 1 batch to try at home, Darryl said they were great! I decided to make a double batch to bring to the cook out we went to, and glad I did, they went fast, and I brought a copy of the recipe with me because I knew someone was going to ask for it lol, and I was right! I will definately make these again and again!!

On a hot day this is quick, easy and good. The burger was moist and the shredded mozzzarella cheese melted nicely. The whole family loved them served on a wheat hamburger roll with tomato thinly sliced. The only thing I did different was put some shredded cheese on top when the burger was finished grilling. I served this with home made macaroni salad.
