November Recipe Tester Club

A few more weeks and it will be Thanksgiving.
Hard to believe we are nearing the end of the year.

Our Nov.1st blue ribbon winner is Minny for her Caramel Apple Dessert.

Our recipe tester was Sharona.

Congrats Minny. This sounds really good and I will have to make it soon.

Thank you Sharona for being a recipe tester and testing this recipe.

This was awesome! Very easy to make and oh so good!
We've made it 4 times and taken it to friends for a dessert party!

There was one problem with the recipe as it is written.
There is no milk listed in the ingredient list, but the recipe states to add the milk. I was able to google the recipe, as it is from Bisquick, and got that squared away.

We have tried it with the apples on top and on the bottom, and it works great either way.

Easy No Bake Cheese Pie was just that, nice and easy. This is a quick dessert to make for dinner any night. My family really enjoyed this pie, and tought it was pretty fancy for a week-night dessert. The instuctions couldn't be easier to follow. The only thing I did different was to add a dollop of whipped cream around the top of the pie.

Teresa, I meant I got to Caroline's first and ate the pie. That's why you didn't get any.
LOL
