This was awesome! Very easy to make and oh so good!
We've made it 4 times and taken it to friends for a dessert party!
There was one problem with the recipe as it is written.
There is no milk listed in the ingredient list, but the recipe states to add the milk. I was able to google the recipe, as it is from Bisquick, and got that squared away.
We have tried it with the apples on top and on the bottom, and it works great either way.

Easy No Bake Cheese Pie was just that, nice and easy. This is a quick dessert to make for dinner any night. My family really enjoyed this pie, and tought it was pretty fancy for a week-night dessert. The instuctions couldn't be easier to follow. The only thing I did different was to add a dollop of whipped cream around the top of the pie.

haha sharon. The joke is on you..I was referring to asking caroline where was my pie..Everytime she makes a pie or something i always ask her where is mine...I thought she ought to make me one and let me have a bite. LOL....so no i wasn't referring to you here.--Just wanting my pie, Hahaha
