This was easy to prepare. I didn't change any of the ingredients, but I did cut the recipe in half. There are just the 2 of us & the whole recipe would have made too much for us. The only thing I didn't like about it was the sour cream.. I don't care for sour cream. However, it was really good. I would make it again but would leave out the sour cream & substitute a little bit of plain yogurt.

I thought it was nice I would serve over rice and if you use all the juices like a fish and rice soup.
I passed the recipe onto a friend and she liked it, I'd make it again no worries.
