Ladies, you do not need to send info in every month. I have all your info on file. I draw a name out of a bowl for every week. And as you know we do a month at a time.

Occasionally someone says yes they can take the week they are asked to take and I always send a reminder a couple of weeks in advance. The person who was going to take this week couldn't. I had to draw another name and ask her to take this week. She picked out a recipe last week I approved it and asked to have the results by Feb. 8th. I waited until Tues, no results came. I checked my server's spam site and nothing was there either. So it was too late to ask somebody else and I ended up testing a recipe myself. Which I didn't mind doing.
If I should still get her results, I will use that for a week that will be coming up.

Any other questions, just ask. And you can always PM me. I answer all PM's and emails.

It would be appreciated if everyone would keep my addy in their address books. This would insure that you will get mail from me.
If you don't already have it, please let me know and I will give it to you. Thank you so much for all your help and for being testers.

If anyone who has joined the recipe tester club and no longer wants to be in it. Please let me know and I will make a note of it. I always ask to please let me know if she can or cannot test a recipe, and sometimes I get no reply.

I too think it's fun to try new things. DH is always willing to try it. If he doesn't like it, he will usually eat it anyway. LOL

This was a great recipe to test during our cold weather.
Wendy my entire family loved it and I will be fixing it over and over. I did use a different cut of steak-only because I couldn't get the flank steak in the recipe-otherwise I followed your recipe totally.
I love testing recipes and look forward to testing more in the future.
Pam

I'd like to join the recipe testers club. I figure I already try out recipes on my own so I just may as well join in the fun in the club too.
Looking forward to getting started.
