Cooked chicken recipes

I have 8 chicken breasts I put in the crockpot last night and cooked that I found while cleaning out my chest freezer. Now...what to do with them? Any ideas? I really would prefer to make something in the crockpot so I can go about a lot of outside work right now. Any recipes ideas would be much appreciated!

I have tons of recipes tried and true recipes using chicken that will work using cooked chicken, too. We love chicken so I cook A LOT with it.

Some of my recipes here at FC and on my blog:

crockpot chicken stew - cook everything without the chicken and then stir in chicken in the last 1/2 hr. to let it warm up.

4 ingredient chicken casserole is great on a chilly night.

Chicken Tortilla Soup

Tomato Chilie Chicken over Egg Noodles

Chicken Chimis - little chicken pockets...very easy!

Chicken and Mushroom Penne

Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing - again, quick and easy. Cook without chicken and add it at the end.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Crockpot Chicken Italiano

There's even more on my blog if you go here and search "chicken" and "crockpot", too!

Can't wait to see what recipes other share, too!

Shred your cooked chicken. Then add some Barbaque sauce and simmer. Then serve on Hamburger buns for Barbaqued chicken sandwiches. Add some corn on the cob and coleslaw and you will have your meal.

Or chop the cooked chicken and make Chicken Salad sandwiches. Add pickle relish, chopped celery, salad dressing, salt and pepper, chopped hard boiled eggs as to your perferance. Mix well; Serve on buns or sliced bread cold.
