I have not made this bread, but a friend of mine does and she led me to this recipe; she likes it is all I can say! She also siad she has tried gluten free breads using all from scratch recipes, but the ones using the mixes seem to work out best for her. Here is the link she sent me. Let us know if you like it or not.

Gluten Free

When my nephew was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, the doctor said he may also have celiac's disease. Thank goodness he doesn't.
When first told of this, his mom researched gluten free products. She bought a mix, made the bread and had everyone try it. Elijah ate a few tiny bites of it. The rest went by the way of the trash can. It was AWFUL!
