Baked Beans

Wanting to try some new (to me) baked bean recipes that don't use any meat products in them to flavor them. Do you have any recipes that you use herbs and spices in that flavor them really well? I would love to see your recipe, care to share? And I really like using dried beans and not canned vegetarian beans!

I have a meatless baked bean recipe, if you're still interested.
