Hmmmmmmmmm I have several mirowave recipe books and several pressure cooker books, but hadn't heard of a pressure cooker for the microwave. Sounds very interesting!
Allrecipes.com may have some and Foodnetwork.com might have some too. I'm wondering if the same recipes for a regular pressure cooker would work in a microwave but with less time???
Very interesting indeed!

I have been looking into maybe purchasing a pressure cooker for my microwave. From what I have read so far the cooking time is no different for a microwave pressure cooker than a stove top pressure cooker. You also put the water in the bottom of it and the food on top of the water and still only fill it no more than 2/3 full. I have yet to find a store that has one though. Anyone know what stores carry them?

Might try going online with a search engine. Could price them as well too. You will probably find them less expencive that way. Walmart, Sears and JC Pennys (Macys too most likely) will let you order and pick it up at the store near you.

Gosh I had one of those many years ago but can't remember what I cooked in it and why I got rid of it???

For purchasing, try either ebay or amazon.com I believe these probably fall under Vintage, so type in Vintage Microwave Pressure Cookers. I'll try here in a minute and see what I can come up with.
