Check with your local Cooperative Extension Office they should have lots of good canning/preserving recipes and they might even hold classes to teach you new methods. Most offices (ours does this) offers pressure canner lid testing- to make sure your weighted pressuer canner lids are safe and the pressure guage is registering the correct temperature. Good Luck!
