
Wow! This is a great chili recipe that I tried today and my family loved it. Serve with fresh rolls and a salad and you are all set.
Fry a pound or more of ground beef with chopped onion and green peppers until fully cooked. Drain off fat. Add a large can of diced tomatoes, a can of condensed tomato soup and a can of condensed mushroom soup. Add a drained, rinsed, can of red kidney beans. Add 1 tsp of chili powder. Stire well. Heat and serve. Yum!
