Hey everyone! How’s it going? I was wondering how everyone’s house buying/selling process was like. I am still young and want to eventually buy a house and wanted to know what everyone’s experiences have been like. Any horror stories or great stories you want to share? How is it working with the real estate agents?

Jazzyfresh...Buying a house is a big decision when you are young and just starting out. The more you educate yourself on the subject the better prepared you will be. I bought my first house at 23 years old and never was sorry. It was my biggest investment for my future retirement. Heard many same stories from other people too. Hopefully others will offer their advice too. _______ Sueanne www.educatedhomebuyer.com

Thanks for your feedback Suesanne. Your right, the more you educate yourself, the better off you'll be. My interests in planning to buying a house stems largely from this show on HGTV that i'm working with, called Bought & Sold. Anyone heard of it ?
