Crock pot meals

What is your very favorite thing to make in the crock pot?
Mine is pork roast with either cranberry sauce or saurkrat depending on my mood.

Ooohhh...Train, how do you make that? I would love the recipe.

I like to throw some different cans of beans, and taco seasoning, with some ground beef and mexi corn, and diced tomatos and let it stew all day.

I was going to post about the pork roast and sauerkraut, and I like that cranberry sauce idea.

Another one I like to do is a beef chuck roast with a can or two of jalapenos with the juice. Then shred the meat for a mexican meal (usually enchilada or taco).

I made pork chops in my crock pot for the first time this past week and they were delish no need for a knife, just a spoon to scoop them out of the pot LOL

Potatoes and Ham ; an easy throw together meal! Slice unpeeled potatoes, mix with some cut up ham and light Velveeta cheese and siced onion. Place in a greased slow cooker and top with a can of 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, cover and cook on LOW about 6 hours.

Just yesterday I saw an upscale cookbook about The Vegetarian Crockpot. Now I wish I'd looked at it for ideas. I have one at home but didn't like the recipes. This one had color pictures I think and probably some better flavors. Sometimes it is hard for me to think of side dishes being prepared in the crockpot but I have a 1 qt and a 2 qt and a 1 1/2 qt so why not?

I like to do pork roast in the cp, too. I do mine with undiluted orange juice, black pepper, and cumin. Yummm!

I do a lot of casseroles and soups, too.
