cinnamon rolls .....baked in the microwave?

Has anyone tried this? I thought about mixing up a batch freezing some and baking a few at a time in the microwave. I have had great sucess in baking crisps in the micro.

This would make things fast and easy in the mornings. Be sure to let us know how they turn out if you try to make them this way!!

Connie -- I don't think you would get satisfactory results. For one thing, they would be "anemic" looking, and I'm not sure how well they would "bake". Living by myself, I like to make up batches of cinnamon rolls, muffins, and whatever -- then flash freeze. Once they're frozen, I put them in a gallon-sized Ziplock bag. In the mornings, I can take out what I want and heat in microwave. Tastes just like fresh-baked. HTH
