Back-to-School Planning Is Made Easy with TimeToo® Family Tracker™

Back-to-School Planning Is Made Easy with TimeToo® Family Tracker™ Savvy Home Organization Products, including a New School Year Wall Calendar

School-Year Wall Calendar, Stylish Mobile Schedule Flipbook and Pre-Formatted Schedule Stickies Will Help Transform Chaotic Schedules into Relaxed Routines

Los Altos, Calif. (July 21, 2008)— TimeToo®, creator of the award-winning Baby Tracker, has introduced solutions for families to cope with the hectic annual ritual known as back-to-school. The new line of Family Tracker™ products – including a wall calendar customized for the school year— will ease the transition back into the school year by helping each member of the family stay on the same page when it comes to school meetings, sporting events, doctors appointments, field trips and more.

A new line of timesaving calendars and schedule accessories specifically designed around family life and use, the Family Tracker™ product set includes: Family Tracker Wall Calendar, an oversized calendar for recording the whole family’s schedule; “my Weekly Dispatch,” Family Tracker's slim, on-the-go schedule booklet, and Family Trackerdoo stickies—cleverly pre-formatted post-its for daily and weekly schedule reminders and hand-offs.

Customized for the School Year
The Family Tracker Wall Calendar is customized for the school year and makes it easy to keep track of the biggest, busiest schedules. Designed around the ’08-’09 school year and summer months, the oversized calendar is well suited for families with school aged kids. “Smart” features include: visual layouts and color guides that make schedules and activities stand out, easy reference people and event trackers, and a flexible format sized to capture, change or make additions to the ever-changing activity schedule.
The layout features clever “rolling week” formats Monday to The Weekend on super-sized page dimensions (16" x 19") with daily squares that ensure a big picture view of everyone’s schedule, the entire week. Other features include: "see the day" layout and color guides to distinguish TO-DO, TODAY and TONIGHT activities; monthly planning areas for invitations, RSVPs and future planning, and Family 411 and Field Trip Essentials with insurance numbers and driver info keep important info at your fingertips.

“my Weekly Dispatch” is another important tool for moms with school age children. Family Tracker’s Weekly Dispatch is super slim (1/4”!), stylish schedule shuttle that can easily be tucked into any purse, and when needed easily flips open to a weekly view of mom's top family activities, carpool assignments or top to-dos. Working moms can use it to easily view and merge work and family schedules without complicating work schedules with family tasks.
The you-date-it schedule booklet allows parents to easily manage a busy family schedule while on the road or at home. The catch-all schedule shuttle comes complete with quick connect reference pages including Family 411 and key contacts, medical information, digital IDs, as well as extra room each week for notes, planning, and to dos. Weekly Dispatch can also easily convert to The Weekender view with the flip of a fun convertible cover.

As the school year gets underway, The Family “Trackerdoo” Family Reminder Stickies will help transform chaotic schedules into relaxed routines. The pre-formatted post-it™ notes are useful for handing off reminders and scheduling tasks and to-dos. These smart notes easily attach to lunch boxes, work planners, wallets—even foreheads—and are ideal for remembering soccer practice, doctors’ appointments, parent-teacher conferences, drop-off schedules and pick-up times.

The Family Tracker Wall Calendar retails for $29.95. My Weekly Dispatch retails for $26.95 (schedules one year) and come shipped as two slim-line 26-week booklets. Multi-pack Trackerdoos (one weekly pad and 2 daily pads) sell for $15.95.

TimeToo, Inc. also makes a line of baby journals and schedule-keepers, dubbed BabyTracker®, developed especially for new moms or working mothers who need to easily keep track of daily schedules, activities and needs of their young ones’ as 24/7 newborns or while in daily child care.

TimeToo products are sold online at www.timetoo.com, as well as in stationery and specialty shops in the US.

This looks very cool! I just bought an organizing family calendar that I'm going to start using once school starts. I will try anything to get more organized!

Wall Calendar

I just pick up a cheap desk calendar and hang it on the wall. The kids as well as my husband are trained to put everything on it. It is so helpful - we would be lost without it!

I am also using a desk calendar right now--on my fridge. It takes up the whole freezer and I needed 5 "bulldog clip" magnets to hold it. But I love how much space it has.

I like many of the features the above calendar has. I just wouldn't be able to afford it each year, plus I don't want to retrain the family with anything different!
