SS, wow, I was touched with all flowers,that I've been receiving in my email.
not sure where I will put them all, the beautiful virtual flowers, the friendship flowers, very thoughful of you.
the music on the friendship flower couldn't listen to it for long, it bought tears to my eyes.. and made me miss John... yet I felt special and a special hug from
him from you, thank you. then the hug card, and then history on the Labor Day card.

I love the christian ecard, I had to play it twice due to liking it so much as I do enjoy
christian cards, books, video and things

Sis, I am finally here to chat! I loved all my cards. The one about friends being needed was my favorite. It makes me think we know each other. Well, oreos--I must confess that I like to take them apart, lick the inside and then eat the outside. YUM! Wish I had some now. How I like my chocolate! The bumper funnies were so cute! I'll not say which one I was! LOL. The giggles almost seem realistic, don't you think?

Well, as to plans for the Labor Day weekend. I did have some just didn't have the chance to say before then. I have a new man friend in my life and he took me out to eat Mexican Friday night and to the movies. It's the first time I've been in 12 years. We had such alot of fun. Then we went four wheeling Saturday morning and he let me drive. But oh am I paying for it now. I can't wait to get to the chiropractor tomorrow! We also went out to lunch in a small town and then cruising the shops. If I was rich I'd have bought half the town! LOL. I just went to church with my dgd yesterday and cut the grass. That tired me out and I was totally worthless for the rest of the day! Even to get on the computer! And that is not a good thing. Today I went to work. Yep! As an independent contractor, as my boss likes to say, if I don't work I don't get paid. So I work. I need the money. Anyhow, it's been a great weekend. Two other men are vying for my attention too and it's just too funny! For the past 12 years I've had a dull, quiet and simple life. Now, I have an interesting, fun and complex life. LOL! Hope you had a fun weekend too.

My daughter is so tired after starting secondary school as she ha to set off early and then hang round nearly an hour for school to start and she doesnt like the school much.

Hi, I hope you all had a nice weekend! Mine was Great! I enjoyed having family/friends over that we haven't seen in awhile so much! The food, drinks were all good & most of us woman sat & talked while the men played horseshoes. Coll your potatoes were delicious! My Dad really enjoyed himself, it was Great to see him looking so good! I can't wait to do it again next Summer!

Sounds like you had fun Donna. DeBora, if you don't mind me asking, how do you make dog food? I'm posting the Taco Dip recipe for you all.

2- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 Large French onion dip
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. Taco sauce ( med. or hot )

1 green pepper
1 onion chopped
1 tomatoe diced
12 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Mix cream cheese,French onion dip & spices until smooth.

Spread onto platter.

Sprinkle green peppers & onions over mixture.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese

Place tomatoes over cheese.

Sprinkle taco sauce over top.


Note: If you like things spicier, increase the amount of spices.

Serve with Tortilla chips.

I like spicy food so I doubled all my spices!!!

Sis thank you again for the pretty ecard. I'm sorry that the others didn't get to me. I checked the junk mail folder to make sure they didn't go there. Hopefully there won't be any more problems with it.
I didn't do anything over the weekend. My Mom always said if we worked on Labor Day, we would be able to work all year, so I did a load of laundry LOL. DH had to work. He works second shift so not much time to do anything before work & afterwards it's to late to do anything LOL. Thanks again for the ecard & I am so sorry that I didn't get the other ecards. I'm glad you are ok & that I did get this last ecard you sent.
