Sis, thanks again for my ecard. I wanted to post a thank you image but computer won't let me do it or the smilies. Anyhow, to answer your questions. My week was doing great until Wed. evening when my van A/C compressor wewnt out on me.--a bad time since it's in the 80's and 90's here. When I had ve to pickup my dgd from daycare yesterday, it wasn't fun for us. Well, we went out to eat, and heaven help me, the van overheated and coolant bubbled out and all over the ground.
Finally got home-it's only 2 miles (thank goodness). My dd's boyfriend picked me up this morning at 6AM (I usually am just getting up at that time. UGH!) to get me to work. I'm supposed to picup my dgd today from daycare but that's not gonna happen. And boyfriend has dd's car. This whole situation is a big mess. But we're all alive and safe & that's what is most important. I haven't the foggiest idea how I'm getting home today.. Work is only 4 miles from home but that's a long way for walking especially in this heat.
Next question: My biggest current hobby is bowling. I'm on a league and it's alot of fun interacting with other adults. And I have a couple of friends that I bowl with during the week to practice. Another favorite has been my flower garden. It's overgrown and needs to be thinned out but that will have to wait until the Fall.
My favorite TV programs are Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, & Castle. I don't know if you have those programs where you live.
Harley Davidsons: awwwwwwwwwwwww my biggest thrill in life. I've been riding since I was a teenager (a long, long time agao LOL). I don't drive them, just ride. When I was married, we had one. It was so much fun, even at night when it was around 32 degrees and snowing. What a ride! My ultimate dream is to travel all over the U.S. on a harley with a nice man with a little bit of money so we can just ride, sightsee wherever we go and just enjoy life on a ''HARLEY!!!!!!" I do collect Harley memorabila too. he favorite thing I have is a throw my dad gave me years ago. But it justs lays at the end of my bed. It's too beautiful to actually use. Silly, aren't I? LOL
Well, that was a mouthful, wasn't it? I hope you will have a great weekend. I am going to try to do so, but I have to figure out to fix my van without it costing me too much, cause the van isn't worth putting alot of money in it. Oh well. A person has to do what a person has to do. HUGS!
