Those internet & phone companies always blame it on you or your computer.. they would never admit to doing anything wrong! I don't use outlook express mail. My anti virus has caught too many viruses coming in to that mail so I stopped using it. I use my hotmail or yahoo mail. We have roadrunner but I don't even use that mail.. too complicated for me. Minny
