Placenta Praevia
 

I have just had my 20 week scan this week and have found that my placenta has attached itself completely over the wrong area. I know there is a possibility of it moving by the time baby is born, but it is a major worry as i really do not want a caesarean.
Apparently as the baby grows it may pull the placenta up and away from the "exit route" as I call it. I have been told to watch for bleeding and get to the hospital and get it checked out immediately.

Has anyone else had this problem? Did it rectify itself by term or did you have a caesarean?
