DH is already seeing the swelling going down in his legs, etc. which will give him the incentive to listen to the doctor and walk/stand more, sit less.

Jasmine had a check up today. Spleen is still enlarged but she has permission to swim. No lifting or taekwondo. She is able to eat small amounts of regular food too. Still getting most of her nourishment from liquids. And she is bored!
