Question Sweet & Sour Pork

Anyone have a recipe that they've tried and love for Sweet and Sour Pork?????

Sweet and Sour Pork

1/4 cup oil
1 egg beaten
1 lb pork cubed
2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup consomme
1 cup pineapple diced
2 tbsp onion minced
1 green pepper dice fine
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp soya sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp ketchup

Heat oil. Roll meat in egg then first measure of cornstarch and salt. Brown meat, lower heat and cook 7 minutes. Remove pork from pan. Add to pan consomme, pineapple, onion, and green pepper. Boil 5 minutes. Add cooked pork and cook 5 minutes. Blend 2nd measure of cornstarch with soya sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice and ketchup. Add to meat boil until it thickens. Serve with rice!!
