My two "kittens" are both 11 years old. One is a tortoise-shell, chubby, sweet, purr-ball. She loves to cuddle and comes running whenever someone is upset to see what she can do. Our other cat is black-and-white. She is slender and a little more cautious. She is very smart, and will fetch toys, tell us when there is a spider in the house. When my dh comes home in the evening, she loves to vocalize and tell him about her day! They are both sweet and a lot of fun!
Now, that is a good one. I'm her cook, housekeeper, massage therapist and now that she's older and has a thyroid problem, private duty nurse. But the pay is great -- kitty kisses are priceless.
The name seems to be more popular than we realized. She was a baby when we got her and just a handfull of chocolate brown fluff -- a little chocolate drop. It took us awhile to come up with it. We almost missed the obvious.

Whoever said that cats and Christmas trees could survive together in the same house!! ?? !! Steeler, my one yr. old, thinks that the base of the tree is his own personal scratching post!! Lizzie thinks that the ornaments hanging toward the bottom of the tree are hanging there for her to play with!!
I was worried how Lizzie would act after being spayed--she is just as lively as ever but she did turn into a cuddle baby. She is my girl when I am sitting on the couch. Give it 5 minutes and she is either laying beside my and wanting me to wrap my arm around her or she is right in the middle of my lap begging for attention.
My cat is an independent woman like me! She is always just roaming around the neighborhood,having the time of her life and comes into say hello when she is bored. Its cute
