5th Birthday Party

Your welcome...If you can not get an overhead projector I would take the color book page and have it enlarged at a copy place for next to nothing..Parties are so fun hun!..I did a dinosuar party for my child last year and it was so fun. We had the kids find bones(dog biscuit) in the sand the one who could find the most, won a prize. Also I made dinosuar eggs with sand inside the plastic egg that we cover with a sand mixture was a dinosuar that when placed in water it grew. The kids would crack open the eggs and then put the dinos in water and watch them grow..Aug is now around the corner so we are in the plans for a party...My friend did a fear factor party (you can imagine how that was) but I think it will be a jungle sarfari type(Dora)

Take care

Great idea on the copy machine!!!

And your dinosaur party sounds adorable My son is all of the sudden "into" Dora - he walked around the house for days saying "Back Back" and I had no clue what he was saying until I walked past the TV and Dora was saying "Back Pack" ... he's a goof (but cute as all get out so I think I'll keep him).

I went to the nickjr.com web site and they had a bunch of things to do for a Dora party. I did the cake with Dora on it. Came out cute. We did our party outside too. Much easier. Just be sure to provide some shade for them August is so hot.

Have fun

5th Birthday Party

Wow! Is this cool..Now my mind is running with ideas..I like the water gun thing, but I have this weird sprinkler like a snake that sprays mist that I will use..Most of the kids at this party will be special ed(my child is too) I think we will make back packs out of brown paper bags for the treats :p and I just made a bunch of clothes pin alligators (for my special ed class I taught as a sub)

3 clothespins and snap together two facing the same way and the other one opposite add wiggle eyes and pipe cleaners for legs...easy for them to motor (I had them already painted green)
thanks for ideas

My other idea if I can get her: was Mrs Frizzle(magic school bus) my friend knows her and she does a magic school bus thing at the museum here in S.D. she also does a computer thing at the schools in the area and that is where I had met her and she looked familar then she told me what else she did...but if this happens I would have to have my party on Fri since she works on Sat/Sun at the museum will just have to see

You can decorate with yellow caution tape and add flashing yellow safety lights for dramatic effect.
