| Amanda, thanks for the articles. Both my children had night terrors. I will say that they were scary for me. I had to hold them down so they wouldn't injure themselves during the terror and then, they would go back to sleep. They have no memories of having them, except for the broken tooth my DD got from a fall during a night terror when I couldn't fly out of bed fast enough to protect her. But, it was only after the terror that she discovered that her tooth was broken. Both kids started having them at the age of 10 and stopped after about 3 years or less. |
