I'm not sure what kind of recipe you are using.

But, here is a page for recipes.

http://www.cooks.com/rec/search/0,1-..._sauce,FF.html

But, you could make one roaster with out any meat added to the sauce.

Good luck with your fund raiser.

It will take about 6 pounds of hambuger per roaster.

I am feeling very overwhelmed and discouraged today. One friend who I thought would be there now is saying maybe she will maybe she won't.... depends on her husbands moods. Great. I honestly don't know what to do. I wonder if we should change the date? But what if dh gets a job???

If you have already advertised a date, it would probably be best to not change it.

I agree with sleach. If you already have the advertising in place, people may not come if you change the date.

Connie, what if you did marzetti spaghetti like a casserole? Seems to me less trouble to have a baked ziti sort of casserole ready and warm rather than messing with water and boiling pots etc.

We did change the date of the spaghetti dinner fundraiser. We have had no donations of food, two people offered to help but if something comes up they won't be there. Dh and I can not do this just the two of us the the two kids. If we have to pay for all the food, then there won't be a profit. I think this was a good idea. Very little advertising had been done. Now we can advertise and hopefully get more help.
