I have my 28 yr old sons Lego yet!

I still have my son's(28) first lego sets. We put them away many years ago in plastic zip-like bags with all the instructions in each set. Every piece is there. The new sets are so awesome now, I wish I had someone to buy them for. My smallest grandson is too small for them and I don't think I want to give him his uncles lego. I am hoping my son will have a son one day and give them to him, so guess I will hang on to them. The sets are some of the first. He never had any trouble keeping the sets together in the bags either. Of coarse he was pretty good at taking care of his things.
Just thought I would like to tell you all that.

Though my son is only 19 I also have all his legos still. I didn't store them as nice though. All the sets are mixed in one rubbermaid container. I have all the directions also from all the different sets. I also save all his tonka trucks they are in mint condition because they never went outside. I let the hard plastic trucks go out but not the tonkas cause they were metal and I didn't want them ruined. I also hope someday(not yet as he is a freshman in college) that he will get married and have children that I can give them to.

Thats great! Keep those trucks as long as you can. Hopefully when he does marry and have children someday he will have a son that keeps things as nice as he. Sometimes I think its the moms that keep things preserved. I have a Grandson that has a mom who is well organized. Have a nice day!
