Am I the only one who is into decorating for the holidays or am I going overboard- I have approximately 12-14 containers of Christmas decorations. They are all in blue containers, 3-4 containers in brown for easter and 3 greeen ones for Halloween. I also have a tub for each child with special momentoes and baby clothing they have outgrown.

I recently found out that those corregated boxes attract roaches! My exterminator told me. I've had a few around, and he saw that I had some stuff stored in boxes and told me then. He also said, and this shocked me, NOT to bomb. He said all it did was to make the roaches go into the walls. I still don't really get that. Anyway, I've slowly been changing everything to plastic (Rubbermaid or Steralite) containers from the boxes.
I have a tabletop christmas tree and I keep it, the lights, ornaments, and wrapping paper in a long flat storage container; even before I found out about the corregated boxes.

I use the storage containers for everything. The shoe box size work great for sorting and storing different kinds of toys on plastic shelves in the kids rooms.
I have about 10 totes for Christmas/Snowman
