| When I was working I used the the calender on Office's Outlook. It was great because it reminded me visually. Now I use a paper planner and a big calender. I need to write it to remember it.The big calender we write the whole families plans and appointments. I also found when I was requesting a disability I needed to have the dates for all my dr and treatments. Luckily my drs office staff came through and gave it to me. I now have a planner for the year and plan on keeping it so if something comes up I can verify dates. I check it at the start of the day & write any projects I want to acomplish.

| Well I do pretty much what all of you do. Tho' I don't use my cell for anything like that and don't have an Ipod. I have a small calendar here by puter where I write things. And have a calendar/date book in my pocketbook and when I am at a DR and get a new appt I check the given month so will not make more than one appt on a given day. I would forget to check here on the puter so never put reminders on here.

I have a planner and a small calendar to carry in my purse. The planner is good for many things and I think of it as a journal. It has space to jot down the happenings of the day and things you want to remember. My husband has used one of the pocket claendars for years and he uses symbols for certain things. He can go back to any year and tell you on any date what happened, the temp, what we ate for dinner and if the kids were sick. I never actually throw one away because I like to look back and see when certain things happened in our life. It's like reading a book.

Phyllis, it is nice to know that I am not the only one who doesn't throw old planners away. It helps me remember things too.

| I have most all of my OLD address books and do have few of the old date books just to see when I went to a particular DR or whatever.
