Do you make New Year's resolutions?

Will you be making any New Year's resolutions this year?

Do you think that you will actually stick to them this year??

Thumbs up May Everyone Have A Happy And Healthy New Year

No I never make New Years resolutions. I doubt if I'd stick to them! I do try to live each day to the fullest and learn from my mistakes.

I used to make yearly resolutions, but failed at them year after year (well, some of them) so I occasionally will make a last minute decision about a resolution that seems important to me now...

I know better than to try to make any kind of resolution. I never stick to them.

I dont usually make any resolutions but I plan to this year. I need to eat healthier and am in hopes the by product of that will be weight loss. I'm sure somewhere on here theres a section for weight loss support and I need to find it.
Happy New Years Ya'll

Yes, I make resolutions but I'm not the best at sticking to them!

Here are the ones I have for this year:
1. Do better at sticking to my budget (less impulse buying and less wasting what we do buy)

2. Exercise 4 times a week. I got an exercise machine for Christmas so NO EXCUSES!

3. More follow-through on the kids' chores instead of just doing them myself.

Sonny Skies, here is the link to our Healthy Living forum. That includes exercise, weight loss, and other topics.

I used to make them, but didn't stick to them. So I won't make any again this year.

I don't do anything "official", but in the back of my mind, I make a few resolutions. This year, I would like to commit to exercising (usually jogging a 5k) 5 - 6 days a week. My dh is desperately trying to lose weight, so my other resolution is to help him by preparing healthy, low-cal dinners. I'm not much of a cook, so it is definitely a serious resolution for me!
