"This is definitely the highlight of my senior year!!"
That was the greatest line of the CMA Awards tonight when 17 year old Taylor Swift won the Horizon Award!!!
I though of Margaret as I was watching the show as she was in love with my George, too!
And , my George has won best song of the year, "Give it Away" and album of the year, "It Just Comes Natural!"
He sang 15 minutes into the show and I was glued to the screen!!
My dad called and asked me, "who's that rookie singing?" LOL!
I don't know who wins entertainer of the year yet. He is in the nominations though! (It's only 10:30 on the west coast so still watching the show!
I loved Martina's performance! Also loved Reba and Leann's duet!
LOVED Brad Paisleys performance of "Online" and Johh Turner's "firecracker!"
Even the Eagles were on though I wish they'd of sung something from the 70s!
Brad Paisley won Male Vocalist of the Year and Music Video of the Year...That makes me so Happy...

I only got to watch parts of the show, but I did see George sing and the Reba and Leann duet.
I too really enjoy Brad Paisley. I think he has the best sense of humor.
I swa Taylor Swift get her award---to cute. What a dream she must be living. I also thought it was really nice of her to thanks her parents for their sacrifice of moving just so she could try to be a country singer. Looks like Mom & Dad's gamble is going to pay off big time.
Oh Yeah! I love that one, too!!!!
Have you been to one of his concerts?
I would love to see him!! Also would love to see Martina McBride and Leann Rimes. My fav two country concerts I have been to are George and Alan Jackson!!
Donna I would love to see Brad Paisley in concert but the one time he was in Winnipeg the tickets were sold out within an hour...but the next time I will be there front and center... and I would love to see Alan Jackson,he is another fave of mine...
