Secret sister club questions/suggestions

Hello Ladies,
We really want the club to get up and running again.
Minny and i really need your help.
What would you say to having themes each month. Our theme would be one month ahead.
Here's how it would work...
Oct-our theme will be Thanksgiving, that way you ae sending someting fall or thanksgiving related.
Nov-our theme would be Christmas, you would send soething Christmas related.

We would also need suggestions for months that really don't have a holiday, etc. August-could be back to school for a teacher (if your sister is a teacher), or summer or fall.

So, what do you think? I'll keep a list of the suggestions and will try to answer any questions.

I think it would be a great idea!
Here's a few thoughts:
December for January - something tropical to get through the dreary cold.
July for August - maybe a "country" theme, like Mexico, Poland, etc

"Country" themes may be a little hard to come by. I was thinking maybe something warm for December-January. We could hit the end of summer sales now & save the items for the colder months.

You guys are coming up with great ideas. Minny check your pm's. You should have one from Tami, if you haven't gotten it already. It is about the club and some themes. We can work together to get things in order then start soon.

Has anyone found others who are interested in joining the club?

That seem sto be our biggest setback, getting the member count high enough to move forward.

I know we had a suggestion of giving a gift to the one who recruits the most, but we would need the person donating to be willing to pay the postage.

I'm going to try to get it up and running for mid Oct. But we'll see. I've got an email in to Tami about the theme suggestions. If it is okay then its a go.
