Janet's Sherried Beef
1 1/2 pounds lean stew beef or cut up chuck roast
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3-4T od dehydrated onions
1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
2 beef bullion cubes crushed.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut meat into bite sized pieces and arrange in a single layer in a 13x9x2 oven proof pan. Spread undiluted soup over meat. Sprinkle remaining 3 ingredients over all. Cover with foil and cut a slit to allow the steam to escape.
Bake one hour, stirr after to make gravy, serve over rice!
