Marinate roast 30 minutes in Worcestershire sauce and olive oil, turning once or twice.
Sprinkle entire outside of roast with Grilling Mix or Lemon /or Lime pepper. Place in a shallow roasting pan. Quarter 4 red or Yucon Gold potatoes and place arount roast. Peel and quarter 2 lg. onions place around roast. Add 1 small bag of baby carrots, place around roast. (Optional 1 pkg. mushrooms halved and place around roast) Bake in a 325' oven roasting 19 minutes per pound. Baste if needed. Let roast rest on serving platter, remove veggies. Add 1 1/2 cups of water 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and deglace roasting pan. Cook down till thick enough to coat a spoon or add 3 Tbsp. Flour to 1/2 cup water and stir smooth. Add to hot juices and stir making gravy. Slice roast and return to roasting pan, arrange veggie around roast and serve.
