1 pound of ground meat (we used venison sausage), cooked
1 large vidalia onion, chopped
8 oz can or 2 x 4 oz cans sliced mushrooms, juice reserved
1 cup water and the rest of the mushroom juice
2 beef bouillion cubes
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
8 oz fat free sour cream with 3 Tbsp flour stirred in
(and I added 1/2 cup of some leftover pizza sauce)
1 pkg (16 oz) noodles (whole wheat are ok)
Cook up the meat and onions.
Add the mushrooms.
Add the juice, water, worcestershire, and dissolved bouillion cubes, boil for a minute or so.
Reduce the heat to low simmer and add in the sour cream and flour. Stir well.
Add in the tomato sauce. Stir again.
Serve over cooked whole wheat noodles.
