You have inspired me to work on the next 2 week's menu. It's almost done:
14th - heuvoes rancheros
15th - (I have an evening dr's apmt) -- crockpot lasagna & crockpot stuffed peppers
16th - (busy day w/ activities) -- crockpot corned beef
17th - DH will grill hamburgers & chick thighs. He's grilling extra to take to a family that just had a baby.
18th - crockpot pork chops
19th - Gorton's fish
20th - (busy activity day) pesto tortillini
21st - DH will smoke a ham
22nd - crockpot Thai thighs (experiment). Leftover ham for anyone who doesn't like the experiment. note: freeze leftover ham.
23rd - (I have an evening activity) -- crockpot pepper steak
24th - (DH and kids have an evening activity) -- mac & cheese w/ ham
25th - chicken burritos
26th - Crockpot lasagna 27th - talipia, chef salad, rice ??? strange mixture, but kids don't like fish.
