My go to meals include, spaghetti, sweet and sour meatballs, rice and tomato casserole, baked chicken and garlic smashed potatoes. Now that summer is here (fingers crossed) I am hoping for more salad type dishes and bbq's.

Don't get your knickers in a knot It makes you walk funny!
Meals I don't have to think about are spaghetti, hash using hamburger or sausage or smoked sausage, steamed potatoes, cabbage and smoked sausage, ham with potatoes and green beans.
My family loves salads for lunch with tuna or chicken added to it. Adding hard boiled eggs makes it even more filling. Lettuce, nappa cabbage, onions & tomatoes completes it.
Always make a chicken soup every week with chicken legs, potatoes, onions, carrots & nappa cabbage leaves for flavor. Use the largest pot to insure enough soup for at least the week. It is loaded with nutrients for health. Have enough chicken for the meal plus chicken for the salad. The soup tastes even better the next few days. Always have a couple of bags of Tyson frozen chicken nuggets or strips for a fast lunch can be added to rice with vegetables for dinner.
Love making meatballs with turkey for a change of pace with spaghetti.
Fish is always on my list for weekly meals. Fresh most of the time tastes better since they are larger and less water in them for cooking. Enjoy cooking from scratch so always save a recipe that I think my family will love. ________ Sueanne
