Triple Chocolate-Mint Cocoa Mix
6 cups nonfat milk powder
16oz. confectioners sugar
16 oz. Swiss chocolate flavored non-dairy powdered creamer
15oz. chocolate mix for milk
1 (7 1/2 oz.) package round peppermint candies, finely ground (hint: grind in a coffee mill)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Give as a gift with the serving instructions below. Makes about 13 1/2 cups of mix.
To serve: Pour six ounces hot water over 3 tbsp. cocoa mix. Stir until well blended.
