Sweet & Sour Sauce

Mix 1 small can of pineapple juice with 4 Tablespoons brown or regular sugar and 4 Tablespoons tomato ketchup. Bring to a boil and thicken with a mixture of 2 tesapoons of cornstarch and 2 Tablespoons of water.

Spicy Soy Dip:
Mix together 1/4 cup light soy or dish soy sauce, 1 Tablespoon white vinegar or lime juice, 1 Tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon chopped chili peppers and 1 clove minced garlic
