That's a possiblity. I have to look at the rules to be sure. It says everything has to be individually wrapped. It does say I need to make everything in a commericial licensed kitchen. I'm gonna ask my uncle if I can come in to his restaurant and bake there maybe one day out of the week.

My uncle agreed to let me use the restaurant to be able to bake and use their license from their kitchen. So, now I just need to get my licenses. I am supposed to get a food handlers license anyway to work at the restaurant, so everything is going good.

Leasmom...Maybe you could teach your daughter to make pizzelles on her own electric pizzelle maker. It will give her something to do while you are busy making other things?

They are a great seller anytime of the year. Check out the website for different recipes and fundraising ideas. www.pizzelle.com.

Good News, I only need to pay $15 for the licenses. I am excited, I almost thought I couldn't do it. I just need to get everything together.

Yeah, I have to decide what to make too. I haven't made up my mind about that yet. I made a very good Java Mocha cookie made with real coffee I think would go over well, A Lemon Poundcake, Peanut Butter Cookies, Sugar, Oatmeal Raisin, Applesauce and Pumpkin Bread, I have so many I want to make but I'm not sure what all I should make!!!
