Easy Mexican Beef 3 to 5 lb. round bone or bottom round roast 24 ounce jar of salsa Put meat in slow cooker , pour salsa over and under it. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours and shred. Can add chopped canned or fresh chillies if desired. |
