Beef Noodles Crock Pot
2 pounds stew meat
2 (1 oz.) Envelopes brown gravy mix
1 (8 oz.) Package wide egg noodles
Place meat in crock pot. Combine brown gravy mix with amount of water suggested on package. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Halfway through cooking time check to see if gravy needs more water for desired thickness. Right before beef is ready cook noodles until done. Drain and gently mix into beef and gravy.
Serves 4
*This is too easy. I put this together when I woke up for dinner tonight and I also have to work. So its a keeper as its easy to prepare.
