| Chicken Noodle Casserole Chicken Noodle Casserole 8 oz fat free shredded cheddar cheese 1 - 4 oz can mushrooms, drained 1 - 12 oz bag "No Yolks" noodles 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and cut into bite size pieces 3 jars homestyle Chicken flavor gravy, fat free 1 tsp garlic powder 1 - 16 oz mixed vegetables, drained 1 tsp black pepper Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Mix all ingredients togethere with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Spray a 9 xc 13" pan with nonstick fat free cooking spray. Pour ingredietns into the prepared pan and then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes till it is hot. Makes 9 servings 2.5 grams fat per serving
